Social media is a communication driven platform. Whether you send a message though Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc., you need to be direct and deliver a well structured message. Today, I want to continue my series of tactics to can have a direct impact on social media. The second tactic is that we must make an effort to create a coherent message on social media.

Once the social media site profiles are setup, you need find followers and use them to collect information and market products. It is important to maintain a coherent message. Take time planning a general “theme” for your social media profiles. For instance, is the purpose to alert people to sales and to tell them about contests? Or is the purpose to discuss the general industry ; and mention your new products casually?

It is important to pick an approach and stick with it.  The results of creating an incoherent message can confuse and drive away potential customers who are following you.
